We want your visit at Time to Care dental clinic to be as stress-free as possible. For your review, please take a look at our cancellation and appointment policies.

Appointments and Cancellations

When we make your appointment, we are reserving a room exclusively for your particular needs. We ask that if you must change an appointment, please give us at least 2 business days notice. This courtesy makes it possible to give your reserved room to another patient that needs the time.

There is a charge for not showing up for your reserved time. Repeated cancellations or missed appointments will result in loss of future appointment privileges.

We feel that our patient’s time is valuable. When your appointment is made, a room is reserved, your records are prepared, and special instruments are readied for your visit. Except for emergency treatment for another patient, you can expect us to be prompt. We will do our utmost to stay on schedule and would request the same courtesy with your attendance at appointments. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may or may not be seen as scheduled.
