We’re happy to provide safety and comfort for your family while you’re visiting Time to Care Dental Group. Here are some of the extras we offer at our office:
- Our waiting room features a current assortment of magazines, children’s books and education material.
- Large TV with Netflix and educational videos.
- Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and bottled water are always on hand.
- We offer a fun play area and a treasure chest full of prizes for children.
- Upon leaving you will be offered some soothing lip balm and a warm moist towel.
- Blankets, to keep you warm and bite blocks/props for your teeth are always available to help relax you for longer visits.
- We utilize a digital X-ray system that reduces your exposure to radiation.
- Our flat screen monitors allow you to watch your NETFLIX favourites or choose from a selection of our movie list.
- Headphones provided or listen to a great CD while reclined in the dental chair.
- Intraoral cameras allow us to take a tour of your mouth right before your eyes.
- Complimentary Oraverse, a medication to rapidly turn off your “freezing” at the end of your appointment.
- We offer nitrous-oxide gas, or we can prescribe a sedating medication for you to take the morning of your appointment.
- Our education system helps us visually show you what treatment we can offer.
- Fiber optic handpieces are used in every operatory for a precise working environment.
- We follow the Alberta Dental Association and Canadian Dental Association protocols for the sterilization of instruments and handpieces for infection control.
- We carefully monitor every sterilization cycle and participate in a rigorous daily sterilization monitoring program in accordance with Alberta Health Services and the Alberta Dental Association and College. Your safety and protection are our first priority.
